Work-Permits

As fully OISC registered consultants Thai Chef Solutions can handle the whole work-permit process on behalf of UK employers, allowing you to concentrate of running your business.

Points Based System (PBS)

From November 27th 2008 UK employers wishing to employ a migrant worker in the Tier 2 Category (which includes Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Restaurant Managers, and Head Waiting Staff etc.) will first need to be registered with the UK Border Authority as a licensed sponsor. Thai Chef Solutions can assist with the preparation of documents and registration.

Additional Work Permit Services

We can assist with work permit extensions and renewals. In addition we can help UK employers with the paperwork required to employ a work permit holder who is currently employed in the UK with another employer.

Entry Clearance

A work permit/sponsorship certificate doesn't grant automatic admittance to the UK. A visa will still have to be applied for. Thai Chef Solutions can assist with the application for entry clearance for your candidate, once they have permission to work, as well as spouses and dependants.
